    The hotel is beautiful , The grounds are amazing . The only thing that lets it down is the rooms in the old part . On a warm day there unbearable . We had to leave the room early because of the heat. The matrass in our room was very uncomfortable . I felt like I was rolling off it.

    The location was gorgeous in the area for business in Windsor. The continental breakfast was delicious for the toaster which was n't very quick, truly enjoyed it. Excellent service was provided too....

    Beautiful gardens. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Accessible and relatively quiet, though you will hear the flights into Heathrow.

    The room did not match the description of the room booked we booked through Booked.net (e.g size, bed type) We were told that the categories do not always match and the room we were given was of the same class. Still, we were upgraded to a room more similar to what we thought we'd booked.

    I loved my stay here, especially lounging by the beautiful outdoor heated swimming pool and enjoying the fine gardens. The peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect escape, and I really appreciated the relaxing treatments available, like massages and facial treatments. The only hiccup was that my room wasn't ready when I arrived, but it didn't ruin my wonderful experience at all! 😊
